We use DHL, Fedex or other logistics to ship your goods.
After payment verification, processing can take up to two days for order review, preparation, and shipping.
A shipping notification email will be sent with the tracking number and courier company details. Note that shipping does not occur on weekends.

We will not charge for shipping, customers can check if shipping is free at checkout before completing their purchase.
Unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions or carrier delays may impact delivery times.
Missing Tracking Information:
Allow at least one business day after shipment for tracking information to appear online.
If tracking doesn't update and the expected delivery date has passed, contact our customer service for assistance.
How to Find a Delivered Package:
Our email will provide the tracking number and courier partner details for package delivery tracking.
Visit the courier's website, enter the tracking number, and track your package.
If tracking shows delivery but you haven't received it:
Check if someone else accepted the package (family, roommates, neighbors).
Verify if the package was signed for and by whom.
Look around your premises (back door, mailbox, etc.) where the package might be.
If known, ask your mail person about the package delivery.
If unable to locate the package, contact us for further assistance.
